Description
The grand daddy of all glow powders--green is the longest and brightest glower. Use this powder when brightness and longevity are needed. Its most prominent use is for safety applications, such as signs and egress markings, but it is perfect for any application where brightness or a green glow color is needed.
This 1 oz package of Green Glow in the Dark Powder that glow for 12 hours before needing to be recharged**. The standard recipe is 1 part glow powder to 4 parts resin, although when making tiny artifacts you may be able to use even less.
Glow Times:
Green- longest time of 12 hours
Aqua- second longest time of 10 hours
Blue- 5 hours
Red- 15 minutes
**Please note the glow in the dark powders need to be charged before they will glow, this is very important. The powder has to be charged with a light source rich in UV light, such as the sun, black light, UV lamp, or fluorescent light. If using an incandescent lamp, GE Revel light bulbs are recommended. The darker the room, the brighter the powders will glow after being charged.
