1 oz Black Starlight Powder Pigment

This listing is for 1 ounce of Black Starlight SUPER CONCENTRATED EXTRA FINE GROUND POWDER PIGMENT. This extra fine ground pigments give a rich sparkling color. A very little will go a long way. Mix a little resin with the powder to liquify it and blend it before adding the now liquified colorant to the rest of the resin mixture.
