Fluorescent Neon powder pigment set of 4

This neon and fluorescent sampler pack of 4 is a perfect way to get started with powder pigments.

This pack contains 1/4 ounce each of Neon Yellow and neon pink SUPER CONCENTRATED EXTRA FINE GROUND POWDER PIGMENT along with 1/4 ounce each of fluorescent green and orange SUPER CONCENTRATED EXTRA FINE GROUND POWDER PIGMENT. These extra fine ground pigments give a rich transparent color. A very little will go a long way. Mix a little resin with the powder to liquify it and blend it before adding the now liquified colorant to the rest of the resin mixture.
