Having problem where I can’t properly remove air bubbles from resins with a low pot life. Putting both part A and B in vacuum chamber separately to remove bubbles, but then more are created when actually mixing the 2 together. Obviously I could put this full mixture in the chamber, but with a 2 minute potlife it’s impossible to properly mix, degas, and pour before it starts to harden. Are you just always going to have kind of ugly finishes with fast pot life/ cure time or am I just missing a step somewhere in the process?

Hi Pit,

I’m sorry this is happening to you. Unfortunately, this is a problem when using quick-curing resins.

Are you using a clear-curing resin? If so, I’ve got some other ideas for you.
