I made a resin crystal from a mold

I am using “resin clear gloss spray”
And it is CLOUDY after the spray!

Am I Doing something wrong?
Has anyone run into this? I thought it was supposed to shine it up and make it more clear

I’m working on a tabletop with an epoxy resin inlay. I’ve poured, cured, sanded, and smoothed, my tabletop but my epoxy doesn’t have the high gloss look I’m wanting. Is it possible to use a polyurethane coating on the tabletop to get that shine across the entire surface?
