  Hi. I would like to color resin for a Sunflower Mold.Is it possible to color in layers and if so, do I have to wait for each color to cure before adding next?

  Yes, you can color in layers. As long as the original layer is sticky and fairly firm, you can pour the next layer. If it is still liquid at all, the two colors will blend.
