Ok, so, I have a hollow orb with shapes cut out of it. I made this using air dry clay. I can’t post it here but what I want to do is replicate this shape/sculpture using silicone. Can I then pour silicone over the slicone (I would blow up a plastic ball to keep the structure within it) thus creating a silicone orb (same as my clay one) and then pour resin over that, then removing the silicone inside the orb after it has dried? – would that work?

        Hi Phillipa,

You’re going to have to create this as a two-part silicone mold where none of the openings are ‘buried’ in the silicone so you can’t demold them.
