      Hello.

I’m using a 16mm silicone sphere to make necklaces. I’m going to add dried flowers, some dried mushrooms and other greenery to my mold. I’m wanting the flowers and mushrooms to stand up straight and have my end product to be a forest scene, however, I’m not sure as to how to get the dried material to stay standing while the resin is poured and dried. Thank you in advance for any wisdom and advice you care to pass along!!

      Hi Becky,

If your flowers and such take up the entire mold, keeping them standing isn’t a problem. Otherwise, you can cast them in a little bit of resin at the bottom (think like you are planting them in a pot), then once the resin is cured, it will add a little weight to keep them standing upright.

      Did I make sense?
