Hello

I have trying make some large clear polyester encapsulations mainly with metal objects and have been pouring it in layers but then still having a massive exothermic reaction and then cracking the block. Does anyone have some handy tips? The sizes will be from 12″x12″x2″ and 12″x6″x4″

Hi Andrew,

It sounds like you either need to use less catalyst or do thinner pours.
