      Hi,

I have started with resin a few weeks ago and i’m still experimenting. I am trying to create a pendant from a circular mould. It is quite big (10mm wide). I have made a nice marble effect using black and white opaque polyester pigments. But after 15min or so I can see the design gathering in the middle to totally disappear after an hour to leave a grey colour. It also takes ages to cure 4 days in and it is still a bit tacky.
I have also notice that the colour stays on the surface, looking at the bottom of the resin it is clear, i cannot get an opaque colour throughout. Can you please help and tell me what am i doing wrong.
      Thanks

If you want the swirl to stay, you need to wait until closer to the end of the pot time to create the effect. The resin will be getting thick at this point, so it won’t shift as much.

If you want the same colors throughout, you will need to color before adding it to your bezels.
