Hi, I’m new to resin casting. Can you use WD-40 silicon lubricant on caster to help release the epoxy resin? I do not want to use wax to loose details in the casting. Also any advice on common household agents that will work with epoxy resin and plaster are appreciated. Is there any reactions that you need to worry about between silicon lubricants like WD-40 and epoxy?

Do you use release agents for reusing measuring cups? I bought reusable cups but the resin hardened and cannot be removed. One cup in garbage.
