Resin and Polyethylene compatibility

Hello. I’m having trouble finding out which materials epoxy resin is compatible with. I know polypropylene is one that cured resin does not stick to. But I was wondering if polyethylene is the same since it’s used for molds. I wanted to pour my resin and hardener into separate squeeze bottles but all I find are polyethylene ones. Are those safe to use?

Good question! I have no idea. What is the ‘plastic number’ on the bottom of the bottles? That may help me get you an answer.
