Hi,

I made some lovely marbled patterns in epoxy resin with different colours of mica powder mixed in (in accordance with the instructions). I loved them. But as the resin set the colours merged into each other so the patterns weren’t really visible any more. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong?

Hi Kate,

Unfortunately, this is what resin does. You can try waiting for your resin to get closer to the end of the pot time before pouring. This won’t eliminate blending but will make it less likely to happen.
