Hi, I’m wanting to make a epoxy resin face, round and flat, using a ring or circle out of 3/4 inch high steel that is open on the bottom. how can I seal off the bottom opening in order to make this mold. diameter of ring is 6 and 1/2 inchs. Plan on making 2 pours and adding items to the first pour.

For something this large, I would use contact paper as the backing.
