      Hello
I’m trying to come up with a way to make a tortise shell coloring using epoxy resin . Ultimately I’d like to do my countertops but have been – unsuccessfully – trying to make smaller samples.

      Has anyone done this?
Biggest issue is getting the glassy look as opposed to a stone/granite look.

Super thankful for any advice or interest!

      Thank you
      Jenifa

      Hi Jenifa,

You will likely get colors closer to tortoiseshell by using transparent colors. We have some in our store here: https://shop.resinobsession.com/collections/colorants/transparent
