I recycle tables and chairs. I carve out different figures in the furniture and then cover it with epoxyresin (waterclear) to make it usable. I have made several furnitures this way. Most of them turned out fine, but a couple of them, the latest one included, get a lot of tiny white spots, when I sand the resin.
The latest is a teaktable (I unfortunately cannot attach a picture) and I have poured the resin (around 1,5 litres), the resin has hardened and I have started to sand it to make it smooth. When I sand a lot of tiny white spots appear.
This table stood in a warm room, when it hardened and the surface was heated by a heatgun to get rid of the bubbles, when I poured the resin.
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???? I really hope you can help me.

      Hi Bo,

It sounds like you are sanding through bubbles. I talk more about it and what you can do in this forum post:
