I have just made a paperweight out of casting resin on Saturday. Today, Monday, I took it out of the mold to see how it was looking. It was pretty solid, still a little sticky. I noticed on the corners of the cube ( my mold is a 2.5 inch cube) and there are wrinkles on them, looking almost like veins in an arm. I was wondering if there is a way to get them to go away or to cover them up. Did this happen because I took it out so soon? It seemed like they were there as I was taking it out, but this was my first time using resin. Thank you!

Hi Marissa, it sounds like your resin got too hot. You should be able to sand them off and recoat with a new layer of resin.
