Shipping Policy

Packages ship from Resin Obsession, LLC within two business days of receiving your order. 

Currently, we only ship to the following areas: 

• United States
• Canada
• United Kingdom
• Australia
• New Zealand
• Germany
• Puerto Rico
• Japan
• Ireland
• United States Minor Outlying Islands
• Virgin Islands (British)
• Virgin Islands (U.S.)

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES AND UNITED STATES TERRITORIES

Packages ship via U.S. postal mail by your delivery choice (first class, priority or parcel post).  Packages weighing more than than 13 ounces must ship via priority mail or parcel post.  Customers will receive notification when their purchase ships.

Hazardous material items can only be shipped by UPS ground delivery service.

SHIPPING TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

Packages ship by U.S. postal mail by first class mail international or priority mail international.  Packages weighing more than 13 ounces must ship by priority mail.  All international packages ship with a customs declaration.  Resin Obsession customers are responsible for the duty taxes they may incur from orders being shipped into their country.  International orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive due to Foreign Customs Offices holding packages. If you feel your package is taking longer than it should, please contact your Customs Office. 

If your country is not listed, it is because we have experienced problems with packages getting through customs and/or to their final destination.
