What happens if I want to return my order?
Resin Obsession gladly accepts returns and exchanges of new, unused, and unopened merchandise where the process is initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item. Returned products must be in saleable condition and returned with their associated container and/or packing materials. Used products returned to us will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
Shipping charges from the original order are non refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges to us. All returns and/or exchanges must be received by Resin Obsession within 15 days of authorization of the return by Resin Obsession. Your return will be credited to your account in the same method in which it was paid to Resin Obsession. In the event of an exchange, you will be contacted by Resin Obsession for payment for any difference owed on the new order.
I’m missing an item or something is damaged.
Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. Backordered items will be noted on your packing list along with an estimated date of shipment. Sometimes we wrap and package items inside of each other, so we suggest carefully checking packaging materials as well for all your items. If there is a problem with a damaged or missing product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will replace or refund your item at our discretion. All claims of missing and/or damaged items must be made within 7 days of receipt.
How do I initiate a return?
Customers must contact email@example.com for a return authorization for your item(s) before sending them to us. Please include a copy of the packing list and carefully package your items before returning to us. Failing to include a copy of your packing slip will delay processing your return and may not insure proper credit. We also strongly urge you to ship the package with delivery confirmation.
When can I expect my refund?
Your return will be carefully inspected upon receipt. Once your return has been accepted, the proper credit or exchange will be initiated. Please allow 5 business days after your package has arrived at Resin Obsession for a credit to show on your credit card or Paypal account.
Do you charge restocking fees?
Orders should be packed and returned to us in the same method in which it was shipped to you. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for missing and/or broken items along with damaged items because contents were not properly packaged before returning to Resin Obsession. Returns not received by 15 days from the date of authorization will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
We also reserve the right to charge shipping costs if you received free shipping on your order and your order no longer qualifies for free shipping once a return is made.
What else should I know about returns and exchanges?
Downloadable files, custom orders or special orders are not returnable. All orders of sale merchandise are final.
