We want you to be happy with your purchase, but realize that sometimes you may have ordered something that isn’t going to work for you. No worries! We want to make sure you get what you need. Here’s what you need to know about Resin Obsession returns and exchanges.
What happens if I want to return my order?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges of new, unused, and unopened merchandise where the process is initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item. Returned products must be in saleable condition and returned with their associated container and/or packing materials. We cannot accept used products and will return those at the customer’s expense.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping charges from the original order are nonrefundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges to us. All returns and/or exchanges must be received by Resin Obsession within 15 days of authorization of the return by Resin Obsession.
I’m missing an item or something is damaged.
Oh no! We do our best to carefully package orders, but sometimes other events happen that can damage your items. Contact us. We will replace or refund your item at our discretion. All claims of missing and/or damaged items must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please keep your original box and packing materials for UPS or USPS to inspect for insurance purposes.
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact us for a return authorization for your item(s) before sending them to us. In the case of hazardous materials, we will instruct you on how to properly and legally return the product to us. Include a copy of the packing list and carefully package your items before shipping.
When can I expect my refund?
Allow five business days for us to inspect your package and process a return. Once your return has been accepted, it can take another five business days for a credit to show to your original method of payment.
Do you charge restocking fees?
Orders should be packed and returned to us in the same method in which it was shipped to you. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for missing and/or broken items along with damaged items because contents were not properly packaged before returning. Returns not received within 15 days from the date of authorization will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
We also reserve the right to charge shipping costs if you received free shipping on your order and your order no longer qualifies for free shipping once a return is made.
What else should I know about returns, exchanges and/or cancellations?
Downloadable files, custom orders or special orders are not returnable. In-person class refunds apply as follows: cancellation 8 days or more before class, 100% refund; cancellation 2 to 7 days or more before class, 50% refund; cancellation 48 hours or less before class start, no refund. All orders of sale merchandise are final.
