We want you to be happy with your purchase, but realize that sometimes you may have ordered something that isn’t going to work for you. No worries! We want to make sure you get what you need. Here’s what you need to know about Resin Obsession returns and exchanges.
What happens if I want to return my order?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges of new, unused, and unopened merchandise where the process is initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item. Returned products must be in saleable condition and returned with their associated container and/or packing materials. We don’t accept used products for return.
Who pays for shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges to us. All returns and/or exchanges must be received by Resin Obsession within 15 days of return authorization. Shipping charges from the original order are nonrefundable.
I’m missing an item or something is damaged.
Oh no! We do our best to carefully package orders, but sometimes other events happen that can damage your items. Contact us. We will replace or refund your item at our discretion.
All claims of missing and/or damaged items must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please keep your original box and packing materials for UPS or USPS to inspect for insurance purposes.
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact us within 15 days for a return. Buyer must receive written return authorization for your item(s) before sending them to us. In the case of hazardous materials, we will instruct you on how to properly and legally return the product to us. Include a copy of the packing list and carefully package your items before shipping. We must receive the return within 30 days of the invoice date.
When can I expect my refund?
Allow five business days for us to inspect your package and process a return. Once we process your return, it can take another five business days for a credit to show to your original method of payment.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for missing and/or broken items along with damaged items because contents were not properly packaged before returning. Returns not received within 15 days from the date of authorization may also be charged a 20% restocking fee.
What else should I know about returns, exchanges and/or cancellations?
Downloadable files, e-classes, e-books, custom orders, or special orders are not returnable.
All orders of sale merchandise are final.
Polytek® may, in its sole discretion, accept returns for unopened, unused material within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Before returning any Product, Buyer must obtain a written return authorization from an authorized representative of Polytek®, which will be valid for no more than fifteen (15) business days from the date of Polytek®’s issuance, provided that Polytek® receives the returned Product within the 15 business-day period. Buyer must prepay all freight, however, Polytek® will issue Buyer a credit for freight where Polytek® determines in its sole discretion that nonconforming Product has been delivered. A 10% restocking fee may be charged for processing the return. Refunds will be issued using the same form of payment initially used to make the purchase.
