I am using the resin according to instructions. No deviations at all. The 1st coat goes well and cures ok. When I pour a 2nd or 3rd coat it seems that the resin pulls away in multiple areas and you can see a pattern form like a flower spread out. What am I doing wrong? The resin poured on 1st and 2nd coats cured over a week ago. Thank you.

      Hi Gerry,

I’m sorry this is happening to you. I have a few questions.

      1. What kind/brand of resin are you using?
      2. How big of an area are you trying to cover?
      3. How much resin are you using?

This article explains why there are holes and divots in your resin surface: https://www.resinobsession.com/resin-art/why-are-there-dents-and-holes-in-my-resin-painting/
