Hi, I watch so many resin videos and I am wondering what type of drill that is used to drill the holes in the crystals, balls and other shapes. Is it just an ordinary drill with a small drill bit or is a hand drill used? I can’t see it being a hand drill since you would need 2 hands to work the drill and one to hold the item. Thanks.

What a great question! As I see it, you have three options:

1. Twist drill (done by hand)
2. Dremel tool (~ $50)
3. Flex shaft (~$75)

It simply depends on your budget and how often you think you will need to use it.
