I find if my resin is too cold and I don’t give a warm water bath (soaking the bottles of resin and hardener in warm water), then it gets cloudy. But if I give too warm or too long of a warm water bath, it cures too fast. What is the correct temperature and length of time for a warm water bath? Any other tips I need to know for warm water baths?
A 1 gallon container of art resin and a 1 gallon container of art resin hardener. Both are pretty full. I have been putting them in a bucket for their warm water baths
For situations like this, I like to pour the amount I think I need into smaller bottles, then warm those. If you have a restaurant supply store in your area, bottles for condiments work great.
