When making jewelry I’m always adding resin to a piece and will often get resin drips onto some gemstone inclusions. Is there a product that will dissolve the resin from gemstone settings without damaging the gems or the metal gemstone settings. scraping and sanding turned out disastrously.

I’m afraid I don’t know of a way to get resin off in a situation like this that doesn’t also damage the stone or setting.
