I have a cylinder that i want to put 1 mustard seed and the word Faith,which is printed on hard clear plastic.. it is sealed.. I tried it this weekend, waited 10 min. before putting it in and it still went to the bottom.
this is my question before i started again.. making 30 of them for Christmas presents.

with the obsession thin resin sold on this website, can I make a pour on top of a hardened pour. Will the interface be visible.

Yes. When using resin in layers, regardless of the brand, if the prior layer has cured, you will likely see a line between it and the next layer.
