I use some larger molds and when filling them I have to fill them in several pours. My question is what is the best technique to use to match the colors in each pour, for instance when filling a large 4 oz. rectangular mold it takes three pours to finish and I end up with three shades of color. I am using resin obsession opaque dyes and they are very thick and I’m trying to find the right way to add the dyes so each layer is the same color. Any help would be appreciated, thanks! Chris

      Hi Chris,

I’m afraid I don’t have an easy way for you to do this. If you have a scale, you can try measuring the weight of the color before adding it to the resin, then trying to use that same weight every time you mix.
