Hello everyone, I make resin jewelry with various techniques. I can’t find the solution to a problem :
I use open back hoop that I stick on tape before filling it with resin. Unfortunately, I never get the effect I want: a streak-free, pure, crystalline transparency. I have changed tape twice now. I have had traces every time. Do you have a foolproof method that would allow me to move forward?

Hi Vi,

I’ve found that tape always leaves some kind of mark. If you want a crystal-clear finish, you will need to glaze that side with a layer of resin.
