Hello Sir,

I am facing a very weird problem after my infusion is complete.
I am currently infusing a natural fiber (Abaca) composite with Vinyl Ester Resin.

After the infusion is complete and the part is left to cure, to my astonishment only a certain amount (40-45%) of part gets hardened and starts curing whilst the other areas remain as it is soaking in liquid form resin.

I have checked the resin composition and am complying with the manufacturer’s instructions regarding MEKP, Cobalt and Promoter amounts to be added in the resin.
