Hi all,

I am trying to make pendants, keyrings etc with a UV resin and some molds.

I am totally new to this, so I put an item in a mold and poured the resin over it level with the top of the mold and put it in the sun. To my dismay the resin dried and malformed at the edges of the mold, the resin “sank” at the edges and created an uneven shape. Also the underside of the mold was not curing. If I popped out the item from the mold it was still soggy underneath.

Andy suggestions to cure this situation are welcome 🙂
