My son and I are attempting to turn a river bowl. While curing the bowl in the pressure pot, the resin leaked all around the piece and the turning blank is now stuck inside the pot in about 2″ of hardened resin. Dies anyone have a suggestion on how to extract the piece from the pressure pot? I’ve read online about using acetone to remove cured epoxy from surfaces. Would pouring acetone down the inside of the pressure pot help release the the turning blank from inside the pot?
