I have a couple side tables made from reclaimed boat wood with different sections in various colors. I use them outside, and they’ve weather to the point that some of the paint is peeling off. I can’t buy replacements, so I was thinking about how to seal the tops so everything would stay in place. They have large pieces of paint half flaked off and some wood has curved and such so it’s not a job for a regular wood sealer. I think a clear resin layer on top would freeze it all in place how it looks now. Is this something someone could do for me? I’m in Los Angeles. Can provide pix!
