Hei. I’m new to any type of casting but I’m trying to solve a problem where I need to

pour a heating element (Nichrome wire, i’m controlling the heat, about 212F/100C maximum) in some sort of epoxy/silicone/resin. It needs to be flexible. Also I’m thinking of making an outer shell, for the heating element, that is a good thermal isolator, flame resistant, and also flexible.

What materials and processes do you guys recommend?

I’m struggling to find good information on the subject.

      Thanks in advance
