SECOND LAYER

I have poured quite a few pendants with the Super Clear Resin and some of them need a second coat.  The problem is that I have run out of Super Clear.  I am going to order more Super Clear today, but I need to have these finished by Saturday & I dont think I will get it in time to pour & have them dry.  Can I use a different kind of resin for this second top pour?  I have a Hobby Lobby, Michaels, & Joanns near where I could get Ice Resin or a different type to get me through this batch.  I also have Diamond Glaze by Judikins. Would any of these work?  Thank you, Jo

Hi Jo,

I have experimented just with what your asking.  I have been able to successfully pour easy cast epoxy resin over the Resin Obsession Super Clear resin with no problems.
