If I have made a resin base in a mold and I want to put some figurines on the base before I pour the final resin in my mold, can I use a drop of super glue to attach my figurine to the base and then pour resin over it to finish the mold? Ideally, I would rather stick the figurines in the resin before it is completely hard, however, it’s next to impossible to figure out the timing and subsequently, the resin is always to hardened for me to do this.
      Thank you
      Sherry

      Hi Sherry,

I would use mixed resin for this instead of super glue. Let the resin glue down the figurines, allow it to (at least partially) cure, then apply your next resin layer.
