I topped some mosaic stepping stones with 1/8 inch layer of resin. Two years later after being outside, the resin has yellowed and I want to remove it. The tile and grout below are pretty tough, so Im not worried about that part, but its a lot of resin to remove from 6 stepping stones. What do you recommend to remove the resin? Thanks.

Hi Dottie,

Unfortunately, I think you are going to have to sand off the resin to remove it.  If you dont care about what happens to the stones, you can try soaking them in a solvent (commercial acetone for example) to see if that helps.
